Victor was very nice and helpful. Whoever did my service didn’t turn off the maintenance needed message... Makes me question if it even was done properly. When you turn it on and park it the message is right there so not something easy to miss.

Made an appointment at 10:15,checked in at 10:13. Needed to replace our cigarette lighter which was ordered and delivered the day before. My wife has COPD and uses the outlet to charge her oxygen machine. Took 3 hours to finish the job, took more than 2 hours for a mechanic to get to our car. You know how to make the appointment you don’t know how to keep the appointment. Why make an Appointment at all if you cannot keep it. Job was done correctly.

Today I pulled in at 10:50 a.m. and didn't see my vehicle work done till 12:30. After that I checked and I was told that there's a backlog because we have shortage in our service area. To me this is not very professional. This is the first time I have been to your dealership for service, but I noticed there is no coffee machine or tea with hot water or simply plain water bottles for waiting customers. This definitely is not the level of customer service from one of the premier Toyota dealers in Orlando. What's more interesting is that you are asking for customer satisfaction survey despite knowing these shortcomings. I think there is 100% room for improvement and I urge management to work on improving customer satisfaction. Best regards, Dipendra S
