After waiting 2 hours for a tire rotation & balance (which never occurred) I left.

I was told the cost of my repair would be $170. Roger on day of pickup told me I had to pay an additional $16 for parts. When I challenged him on the additional cost he said “are you kidding me” and made me feel uncomfortable but in the end honored the quoted price. Other than that he was very professional I am 59 years old and I have only owned Toyotas my entire life.

They must give training to the people who receive the vehicles when they arrive at the service because they serve poorly the client they believe that because I am a woman I do not know my vehicle
