I was told it was a 3 hour wait because I did not have an appointment and it ended up being 5 hour wait. Then I had to come back because someone put the sensor on wrong and the front tire was leaking air. A service manager by the name of Ellbie, saved the day and got it fixed. I have been going there many years, but this was one of the worst experiences.
