My service consultant was very rude!! How it all began, drove up and asked how long the oil changes would be to a nice man in a red shift. He said let me go check and went in for maybe a minute came out and said quick there’s no wait. I said awesome great so a service rep came out his name is Jesse Santiago and started out right off the bat not friendly like other services reps i have had. He asked if I had a appointment I said no and said well it’s going to be about 3 hours. I was a little confused and told him that the gentleman just told me 1 hour he said well that’s not a thing I have been working here since 2001 and it has never been just a hour for someone with out a appointment. Which was very rude because I have been there a couple times and it’s been a hour everytime. He throws his hands up and says I’m just letting you know. The nice guy in the red shirt says that’s what the manger told me. So moving on I got out of the car then he says your car can’t be washed because there’s a little damage to the front. I have been there at least 5 times and have gotten my car washed with no problem he says the washer will rip it right off. I asked then why was it washed so many times before. He couldn’t give me a response. I’m just letting you know so I’m not held responsible. After that went to speak to Emil and he looked at the car and said it’s fine to be washed as well as a tech said so. What i don’t understand is how that’s ok for his actions. My big question is why would i come back to get my oil changed from there when that is how it goes that i have to get a manger to be talked to in a professional way. Why would I not go a different Toyota in hopes I get better service.
Timing of service, less than an hour, was absolutely AMAZING! Rick was attentive and very nice to work with.

My car was dirty. After it being worked on and outside my car should have been washed and dried very well. It is new and garage kept. You also overbooked me for my rental car. I told you that my insurance was being billed directly and I wasn’t listened to.
Service is prompt and professional. I feel fully informed through the entire process. I know Roger's goal is to provide to me a safe and comfortable vehicle to take on the riggers of today's driving challenges while at the same time enjoy the experience - Thank you!

Victor Fuentes was the best consultant I have never encountered since I’ve been coming to the Toyota dealership for car repairs/ services. He takes the time to explain to you step by step every little detail. He’s awesome! Way to go Victor! This is the kind of employee you need to keep Toyota of Orlando going.
