Had to remind associate that I was also getting an alignment. Lady at the counter wrongly stated that I owed $115 even though the service was feee due to my extended warranty, and they had to clear it up. Every time I go something else is done wrong.

Victor helped me and was great. However, the Toyota location overall was the most disgusting environment to be in. Victor was wearing a mask, but that ended there - every other employee either had no mask in sight or had it under their chin (might as well have not even been wearing one.) I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in an environment and it was disgusting and completely inappropriate for the current state of the world.
