I felt rushed. Usually the team is patient, let's you know what's going on. However, maybe i cane on the wrong day. It was busy, and the team seemed under the gun. Previous experiences have been fantastic. Not so this time.

Por primera vez en años como cliente hoy no me sentí bien atendido en Toyota. Luego de recibir mi carro y entrar a la sala de espera, la persona que me atendió (Víctor Fuentes) se acercó para decirme que el tiempo de los servicios se venció, a lo que le dije que no importaba, luego el me preguntó que quería hacerle, cuando ustedes son los que saben al tratarse de un servicio de rutina. Me pregunto si queria cambiar el aceite a lo que yo le pregunte si le correspondía por las millas. El fue a revisar y me dijo que no. Senti mal manejo o poco conocimiento de una persona que debería ser quien me asista. Si mi esposa hubiera ido seguro le hubiera dic hu o que si al cambio cuando no correspondía. Pero peor. Al momento de recibir el mensaje de que mi carro estaba listo, espere más de 10 minutos y aparentemente el se había ido, supongo a almorzar. Tuve que ir donde otra persona y pedirle el favor de que buscara mis papeles para poder irme. Esto es una muy mala coordinación, si alguien se va no pueden hacer esperar almcliente hasta que regrese... definitivamente hoy no fue igual

Danny the representative was fantastic. I need to have a radiator replaced and he looked in the system and said it would take six hours and charge me $1400 they lowered it to 1100. I took it to another company it took them two hours and they charge me $400. I am very disappointed in the in the information was given based on how many hours it took to replace that radiator. I’ve been coming for Toyota for service on my car the whole time I’ve had my car for over six years. I also bought a Toyota Highlander from my wife. I will no longer ever be using your service for fix any of them
