Very friendly and good at explaining what my car needed
Everybody was nice and friendly, but I was there for 3 hours. I don’t understand why I have an appointment time if it’s that backed up.
Came in with a scheduled oil change... almost 3hrs later we left after being solicited to sell the car, almost $1k in additional suggested work and recall work. I’m looking for a dealership that I can trust enough to buy my next 5 cars from... and you guys are not off to a good start. You build loyalty with trust.
The most frustrating piece to all of this was the recall work. Why don’t you just tell me at the beginning that there is a recall and it will take X time? Instead your service advisor tells me two hours in after I prompted for an update that it is underway. The kicker is whoever did the work dripped gasoline on my carpets causing them to reek for several days.

It was an oil change so it wasn’t very challenging. Hit me up when someone figures out how to fix my navigation system that has never worked on my $40k truck.

Eddie is so nice & professional. He’s always smiling and makes me feel comfortable. He explains everything about my car and anything that’s wrong with it.
