It’s all good!

I normally see Danny when I take the car in for service but was told he was off so I was seen by Tawfiq. He was very nice and professional. Explained everything to me about what services my car needed and went over all pricing with me. Didn’t pressure me at all and made suggestions to help me decide what needed to be done. My first time with him and definitely won’t be my last. I give him 5 stars for his customer service!

Overall I was very pleased with the sales associate he went above and beyond to make me a happy customer ????

If the Porters need to move the seat, steering wheel, rear view AND both side view mirrors just to move the car in and out of the service area, then they can put it back the way they found it. What is the point in making an appointment for an oil change if it’s going to take 2.5 hours? I’ve been getting oil changes in my vehicles for 28 years and never has it taken over an hour, let alone 2.5, and NEVER has it cost $80.

Came to Toyota of Orlando for an oil change and tire rotation and had an appointment for 11 am they got me right in but that’s about as far as the good went.I had my son with me so we headed to the play room to find that every toy was broken and the room dirty. So after almost 2 hrs my vehicle was still not ready and hadn’t heard from anyone as to how much longer it was goin to be. So I had to walk around trying to find someone to help me find the service advisor that was handling my vehicle. Finally found his desk to also see the paper work for my vehicle and that it was done. But the service advisor was no where to be found so I waited by his desk for about 15-20 minutes for him to return. I am satisfied with the work done but the customer service in this dealership is less then pleasing. I will not be returning to that location. My family has turned to Toyota for a more reliable vehicle in the past few years and love our highlander and our Camry we traded in for it. But if this dealership was the only one available it would of definitely changed our mind on buying

Victor was nice and helpful with getting my car sorted without making me feel pressured to do anything unnecessary like other dealers do. Thank you again for the help!
