Although Ed was great I was told that it would take an hour to an hour and a half to service my vehicle. I arrived at 8:05am and left at 11am. I was not informed at any time that it would take longer.

My comment does not reflect on Gus. It seemed to me a bit unusual to wait two hours to have a oil change and routine service performed. I had a bad experience when I took my vehicle in for minor body work, I expressed my dissatisfaction and no one reached out. Regardless I have continued to patronize your dealership. I I may consider going to another Toyota dealer for future service. Customer service begins up at the top. Thank you.

Dropped off car at 5:57am only to return at 8:40 for ab simple issue to not be resolved. First car there but over 6 hours to fix a simple issue. And when I texted and called, Roger refused to communicate with the progress of my vehicle she whether or not it was ready for pickup.
When I arrived to pickup my vehicle Roger was just standing there in front of his desk with a clipboard waiting for next customer.
It was not busy whatsoever but he was too busy to keep me updated with the issue with my car.
An issue I’ve been there way week for 4 consecutive weeks to fix.
Roger made it seem like he was doing me a favor as if I did not pay an additional upfront cost of $1.3k at the time of purchase of my vehicle for electrical warranty that covers 10yrs / 100k. Let’s be real, NOTHING is free. Toyota would NEVER perform free service for any customer so cut the ****. Due to the fact it has taken Toyota 4 consecutive weeks to fix ONE simple issue is not at fault to the customer. And even after you told me the issue was resolved, I checked myself only to find out after leaving my car there for 3hrs the issue was indeed NOT resolved. It never was.
I have dealt with Gabrielle and Ricardo on the same issue.
Both terrible services.
Looks like AutoNation Toyota will be my new preferred dealer and I will definitely sell my car to them.
