After being brought back by the shuttle, my service person was no where to be found but my information and file was out on her desk. I waited in the waiting area for her to return or appear since the screen showed that my vehicle was complete, but she only returned in tome to leave for the day. Something was rattling around under the hood and the maintenance light was still on when I picked up the vehicle. Since the rotation of the tires, it feels like one of the wheels is shaking when driving at higher speeds.

You charged me $467 for a new battery. Read that again, $467 for a NEW BATTERY!! I was talking to my dad about this on the weekend because he has a very similar same model Prius that I have and he lives in Leesburg and he told me that he took it to the Toyota in Leesburg and it was $267. Do you guys just randomly charge me $200 extra for a battery. Come on you guys should be ashamed of yourself. I think I might report this to the new station so that everybody knows how you’re ripping people off.

This was the best experience I’ve had so far on my vacation. The service I received was excellent. And Tawfiq was kind and explained everything in detail to me. If I lived in Florida you would be my only dealership. Please give Tawfiq 5 stars ????Barbara K

Mr.Pellino I am emailing in regards to my visit today at Toyota or Orlando I came in to get my oil changed today and was seen by Danny Dietrick upon arrival he asked what I was coming in for as I told him I was here for an oil change he took down my cars information and brought me inside . Upon being taken inside he continued to put my information into the system as I have been here before to get an oil change I told him I was here to get I changed yet agin . And he continued to correct me and tell me that it was not time for the oil to be changed in the car as I drive Log distance I tend to get an oil change very 3 months to every 4 a lot more frequently. He then started to get very rude with me and continued that it wasn’t time for the car to be serviced and was like well you don’t need an oil change and you are wasting your boho oil change and I told him I wanted an oil either way . I was then rudely told that I was getting taken to the Manger Agustin helped me with everything I needed and was of great customer service . And then asked what was need for the car and was able to get everything for the vehicle that I needed done . I am being it to your attention that your service consultant need to be taught customer service skills and needs not to. judge a guest to think that they don’t know what the Vehicle needs .
