John did great. Unfortunately I would of liked the previous service advisor to been more than a pretty face that had no clue about what the issue was with my company vehicle. Thankfully John knew a bit about vehicles and was proactive on the whole process. If I had John originally I wouldn't of had to lose 2 days of field time working. I appreciate John for his diligence. He's the only reason I have anything nice to say. The previous service advisor was horrible!!

The representative declined to have the service technicians change the oil of my Toyota Camry at 5k miles. I have Toyota care and was told I get a complementary oil change at 5k. I'm disappointed, they wanted to charge 253.00 dollars to fix a wheel liner that costs 108 dollars OEM, and their labor for a half hour was 95 dollars. As someone who fixes million dollar robots for automated manufacturing lines not even I get paid that much for a half hours work. I'm overall very disappointed in my experience. I have canceled my warranties and will not be renewing my Toyota care if this is what I get from it.

To make a better experience, don’t do work that wasnt authorized and then belittle the customer when they refuse to pay for said work they didn’t want to be done on their car. Telling the customer that they are a problem is also not advised. Rep needs to be trained how to talk to customers. Also don’t refuse the customer when they want to talk to the manager. Manager was nice and helped to resolve the problem, but the damage is done. Toyota of Orlando has lost a loyal customer.
