I have brought my car to your dealership since I bought it (another dealership is around the corner from me) and would have continued to do so except at the end of my service I was told a manager would like to speak with me as though there was something wrong. Nonce I got there, as you know, I was told you wanted me to sell.....etc. I will NEVER come to you again and will make sure the rest of my sphere of influence here in Orlando is aware of this practice. I am sincerely disappointed.
The only thing that was wrong with my visit, it was the wait time, I arrived at 10:30am and didn’t leave until almost 3pm, that’s crazy.

Car was going to have a complimentary car wash... Did not happen when I picked it up.
Other than that all service techs were very friendly & efficient.
I asked if could be possible to wash my car, but when I received my car was half washed. Poor job done.

Victor was exceptional from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. He was very attentive, helped answer all my questions and even guided me to the departments who could answer anything he was unsure of. Toyota of Orlando typically always gives me a good experience but this time around was definitely one of the best!
I been known Emil since 2014 I can walk in Toyota Of Orlando mad and walk out satisfied after talking with Emil.
Eddie was very helpful. He made sure I was kept up to speed as far as the work being done on my vehicle. He also made me aware of my battery needing to be replaced and took care of that for me. Great service overall!
