It took an hour longer than promised. Exavier was overwhelmed with the amount of cars under his watch and could not follow up on the service to identify the reason for the delay in advance. He recognized the situation after we spoke and apologized. It was not under his control. I believe it was poor planning on Toyota, servicing more cars than what you can really service on time
