All I can say regarding my experience today at Toyota is that everything was cool; but, if you guys can reduce the waiting time that would be just perfect.
John Wells is always there to take care of us. He is the best service manager we have ever had at any dealer anywhere! Treat him right, he is a real asset to your dealership.
Eddie was great! He took me seriously when I called in asking for a second opinion regarding reccomendations I received from Firestone. He also spoke to me like an adult and not a dumb woman like I unfortunately experience at other shops. Toyota really is a brand I trust.

Tawfiq was very kind and kept me updated. I came early and was able to get out earlier. Nice environment to wait in. Appreciated the extra work done on the vehicle. However, engine light came on as I was returning home.

I had to wait an additional hour and a half after my oil change was changed due to a damaged valve on one of my tires during the service. Unfortunately the issue was not completely solved as the tire kept on losing air once i left the dealership causing me to have to purchase an air pump at Walmart and arriving late to a scheduled appointment on that day as well as having to cancel my trip to the beach with my family the following day. Once I noticed the issue had continued I reached out to my advisor and the only option he provided was for me to bring the car on the following day (on Sunday) at 7:00 because he couldn't guarantee that they could check my car on Saturday although it was only 3:30 p.m. During the evening and after having to fill up the tire a couple of times with 35 PSI, I replaced the valve cover from another tire as the air was still leaking out from the valve and also filled up the tire with 38 PSI which seemed to fix the issue. I will remove the cover in the next couple of days to see if the air still leaks. If the issue continues I will be taking the car back to the dealership.
