While Danny was professional , my car was not serviced for the given reason I brought it in. I called on Tuesday, May 18th because my Home Screen was blacking out. This message was not passed to Danny and instead a basic service was done. Additionally, I asked that my car be washed while being serviced and it was not. Hence, I spent half my day at Toyota and having to be driven back and forth with none of my concerns being addressed.

Bryan assumed due to my age I was not aware on how your Reynolds otherwise known as “Era Ignite” works. My vehicle was under technician competed for 50 minutes. Due to my knowledge I was well aware that all he had to do was print out the paper work and I was good to go. The reasoning as to why he put me at that wait was to help out the older gentleman and get them out before yourself. To me even being 20 however, having the advising experience it was totally inappropriate and unacceptable workmanship. Hope this can be avoided for next time!
