I appreciated that Gabriella was quick to offer assistance when I was waiting for service in my vehicle. She didn't have the assignment but helped me right away. She was pleasant. The only service I had done was an oil change and it took two hours. I felt the wait at the dealer was too long for that minor service. The vehicle was washed on outside but had two grease spots inside that I had to clean up. I also thought your website was misleading with the oil change pricing. It clearly labeled "oil change" but making it unclear for synthetic, labeling it as "Synthetic LOF". I only found out the difference when at the dealer...

Took too long for just routine maintenance. Then additional engine and a/c filters were recommended . Gus said it would be about 10 minutes. It took 35 minutes.
