Every since I purchased my car the staff has gone over and beyond my expectations from teaching me how to get full use out of ur to picking out what was best fir my credit issues. The entire staff everyone is amazing

As a normal customer that goes to get oil change it was time for my turn to go again to my spot to get it done. And to my surprise that an oil change for my 2010 corolla was $80?!? When I ask for an explanation simply my service representative says that it went up a lot. And that he would give me a free oil change on my visit.
I hope you can understand where my frustration comes from. I wasn’t planing on spending $80 for an oil change and I’m very disappointed at toyota for not setting the right expectation as far as my pricing goes and simply let me make the decision instead of forcing me to adjust my budget to you.
I have my next service voucher in writing but honestly I’m not sure if I want to come back.
I get a feeling that I’m going to get tricked again.

The service was great, I did not expect to wait long time for the maintenance of my car. Edxavier was a kind person and well explanatory on my car and responsible person. He gave us details on my car that need to be done like the alignment and balance of my car.
