Service was good no complains

Service center experience its not as good as expected from any toyota location. After setting an appointment for 11:45 am to fix a trim piece (literally replace a clip inside and press it in place) it took them 2:45 hours. Although speaking to multiple representatives , I got a different version every time. Very poor communication on the service floor. The trim also never got repaired
Rodger did a great job making sure both of our cars were taking care of.
My car did not even have the returned oil service sticker. It makes me wonder if thr car was even actually serviced. Really disappointing. You had one job and you could not even make sure that its done properly

I did not do the service that they promised me when they called me to do the free oil change, they lied to me and they were charging me for said service, I am disappointed
Tawfiq was very polite, friendly and professional and he took care of handling my car, but also my daughter's Camry. Well were able to get in and get out in a very reasonable amount of time. A very nice employee!!!! We will definitely look for him on our next visit!!
