Cliff the driver was amazing! Kind, courteous, and a great conversation. However the communication of my pick-up was not well done. I was asked if I was done where I was bc my car was ready early. I said that’s fine, finished up, paid my check, and texted that I’d wait outside (in 90 degree heat). Nearly 45 minutes later, the van arrived. To improve this, inform the customer what time they should expect the car to come so if they have nearly an hour to go as I did, they could plan on their end better. I also got a text saying my car was ready and waiting for me to come get it while I was sitting out in the heat, which then made me worried that there was some miscommunication. I couldn’t pick it up bc I was waiting on y’all to come back and get me first.
Danny was very knowledgeable and helped me during this unfortunate situation with my tire. Thank you!

Rick alerted me to an addition service that I had not planned on doing. He provided the benefits and I went forward with the throttle body cleaning and it made a difference in smoothness of the drive. Thank you.

I was so grateful that I wasn't turned away. It was an emergency and I left TOYOTA of ORLANDO happy as always. I can't match the service I have always received from when I made my 2016 purchase. The snack attendant and cashier was equally as pleasant. Thanks for hiring caring employees.
