Eddie was great. The techs working on my vehicle were not. I came in for a tire rotation and an oil change. After 2 hours I get my vehicle and I notice the tires were never rotated but the paperwork said they were. Eddie took my vehicle back in and came back saying they apparently didn't have the tool to take off my rims even though I've been going to this location for 2+ years. No one said anything during the initial two hours I was there, I would've left thinking my tires were rotated because they marked it as complete, and now I'm inconvenienced to have to go back later this week and wait again. I've never had trouble with this dealership until today and it's quite frustrating that I did everything right preparing my vehicle for a long road trip this Saturday and someone thought the right thing to do was to send me on my way believing they had done 100% of the work that they keyed they did.

Traveling from out of state and service was wonderful! Wish we had one as good closer to home!

Excellent service from Danny. I was able to fix my 2012 Prius with an extended warranty (ABS pump assembly failure). I also payed to change the front brake pads.

When I dropped off my car it was really unprofessional it took me a long time for someone to even notice me at first as well my mechanic I guess I can say just see Santiago did not contact me in any way I felt like I was in charge of my own car. As well when it comes to knowing if my car was ready I had keep looking at the tv for updates. When it came to paying he was gone for 30 mins and I had to ask another service person to help me. Terrible service
