Communication was poor. I had asked about headlight replacement and asked for pricing. He said he would get back to me (he didn't). I also didn't receive a final total for the work done and didn't know if headlights were replaced or not until I called to ask if my truck was ready or not. Also didn't tell me he was off the following day, so it made for me picking up my truck a little bit frustrating. Night an day difference from my previous experience there with other service advisors.
Victor is the best! He care so much about his clients, awesome customer service!

It was my first service for my new vehicle. The service area was very busy when I pulled in so I thought the wait time would be long. I was in and out in about 40 minutes. Great experience!
