I cannot express enough gratitude for Gabby. My daughter just moved to Kissimmee Wednesday so having her car strand her was stressful. She told me ‘when I buy a car, I’m buying it here. Ms. Gabby has been sooo nice!’
Each time I had contact with Gabby (600 miles away!!) I knew God had ensured our paths crossed. She was not only professional and assuring of the service we were receiving but Gabby was personable, kind and so sincere (sounding to me at least!!).
I hope my daughter’s car (20 years old) stays healthy, but I am sure we will choose Orlando Toyota and Gabby Nava for routine service. The fact that we are all 600 miles away, paying a bit more for routine service is well worth our daughter to feel confident with people she deals with.

Gabriella was out standing... I couldn’t have gotten a more pleasant personable person..... I was totally satisfied from the young lady answered the phone form my initial call to me getting my keys after their work was done... I Salute your entire team.
I didn’t appreciate the way I was treated by the service person in regards to how much I had to pay. Calling me a liar and that he knew I was playing games. According to your website it cost about 49$ and I was being charged 80 something. I asked why and “ he kept saying that’s what it is”. I asked to speak with a manager and he went and spoke with him instead of having him come. I didn’t know about synthetic oil and was never told about it before. I don’t want to ever be serviced by him. Even though he put the price of the website , it was not right to call me basically a liar when I have been a loyal customer and my car thru your dealership. I will probably be going to a different Toyota dealership.
Well Toyota as always been my favorite place to fix my car clean nice atmosphere and Rick was very nice and he explained what was wrong and what needs to be done overall it good thanks you

Gabriela was amazing. She had a full plate today but made time to show me the guest areas, where I could power my laptop and was pleasant and smiled. (Advisors at other dealerships aren’t so pleasant.)
My experience was perfect. Car was completed on time, correctly, washed (without me even asking) and you even got the correct mileage on the invoice. (Long story short, another dealership couldn’t even get that right.)
This was my first visit to your dealership. I live 5 mins from Seminole Toyota and I will be coming back in the future.
