After waiting almost 3 hours i still had to come back because my car was not fixed properly
It took almost 45 day to complete it. When I went to pick up the car there were still things to be done that was reported from the beginning. The car is not good, there are some noises, seems like there is something loose under the car.
My vehicle rides better with the tires and oil change. Thanks

Bryen did a wonderful job. I have no problems with him. But when someone tells you that they do NOT want to be bothered by a Toyota Representative to get them to upgrade to a new car, actually listen to them. When I am informed by a representative of your company that a note has been put in the system under my profile that the client does NOT wish to upgrade their car, only to then have a rep call my cell phone to talk me into an upgrade, makes your company look stupid. Not me.

I was quoted a price over the phone and scheduled an appointment. Only to be told that it will be $161 which was a lot more than my quoted price. I sat and waited and the Rep finally told me my vehicle was completed. I was already annoyed by the price and even annoyed that another Rep calls me to ask me if I would consider selling my vehicle. If I wanted to sell my vehicle I would have scheduled an appointment for just that. Then sat and waited again to finally be told my vehicle was ready by the Rep in which she apologizes and said it would be a bit more because they had to install something else at the last minute. Now a final total of $171. I was not completely satisfied with my experience and will be making a complaint to corporate.
