John was absolutely AMAZING. He went above and beyond to answer questions, handle rental issues, and always followed up on my satisfaction with the job done on the car. John is always upbeat and ready to help, he greets all of his costumers even when the dealership is busy and everyone looks frustrated. He is thorough in explaining what is going to be done and what was done to the vehicle. John does not rush you out the door, and makes you feel like he legitimately cares about your car-related concerns.

I was really happy that I didn’t have to wait that long for my car to get fixed. It was done too early that the promised job duration of 2 hours. I think the service was done for just an hour. John made sure that I won’t be waiting that long. Job well done! And I’m grateful about it.
