I have requested in a past survey to not have the sales people ask me if I want to sell or trade in my vehicle. It happened again today while I was waiting for my car. On the other hand, I only waited 1 hour for the oil change which is much improved compared to the 2 hours I have waited in the past. I always pre-schedule my service appointments and am prompt for the appointment.
