I had an appointment for engine oil change and transmission oil and filter change. I was told 40mins in I needed a new air filter and agreed. It was an hour later that I was told your dealership could not preform the service. My total time at your location was over 2hrs. Disappointed.

Great service. Thanks!! Tom got me in quick, kept me apprised of the process, and escorted me to pick up when the service was completed. To me, that’s the old school personal touch and/or attention to detail that makes SM Ford service shine.
I left a message stating that my car had been hand washed before I dropped it off and didn't want anyone trying to run it thru a wash before returning it to me. When I got my car it was left with dirty windows and dirty front end. I didn't have time to complain so I left. That has happened every time I have had my car serviced at this location. They do a poor job on keeping my car clean.
The technician “Patrick” never called my phone number with an update of what was wrong with my car. I had to go to the dealer and personally ask to talk to him, i was told he had left and left no message for me. I understand that family issues can come unexpectedly, however, it important to consider the client’s situation of leaving their car for repair. A good solution to this problem is to either call the client and tell them the car won’t be ready that same day or have one of the other technicians call the client and inform the status of the car. I hope this is a constructive comment and not just a complaint. I love Ford dealer service and I will continue taking my car there whenever I need a service. However, I do hope this won’t happen again or I will be forced to change my preferences.
Very thorough, professional, friendly service. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
