Patrick did a great job. Service was as fast as promised. The cashier, however, leaves a lot to be desired. I probably waited 10 minutes at the cashier desk to pay, sign and leave. You need to fix that dept.
Mr. Tom Healey was very helpful from start to finish. I had a question on the vehicle inspection report that he answered most satisfactorily.

The only thing I would say was I did ask for a car to be washed but that got lost somehow and transition but the service the personalities the promptness you guys are great can’t think of taking your Ford any place other than to you

Great service and communication
This was my first time getting service at Santa Maria Ford and the service was excellent. My only complaint is that I was told the service would take one hour. I wasn’t told that it is an hour from when the technician started working at 8:00am and not one hour from the time of my 7:30 appointment. I don’t mind the 1-1/2 hour wait, I just always appreciate full disclosure so I can plan.
