Dropped it off at 9 and didn’t get it until 4 I understand they work on other vehicles so that’s not the main problem, I was told and read on paper that I was going to get a detail as well and I didn’t get one. I wish they just would’ve called me later on for they can detail it and give me the full service.

The only issue I had was that I scheduled a 12:30 appointment for service on the app and when I arrived Mr. Peck said that there was no one available and I had to go back at 1:00. That made the time that I had for my appointment take quite a bit longer than I had expected. Victor was very nice.

Everyone at the service center was very helpful and friendly, including Don, the shuttle driver, the men who handled the paperwork upon arrival and the cashier when I was finished.

I had problems with the motor “ pinging”, problem was fixed, I’d say 98% , I still hear a little ping once in a while, but by far better than it was.. thank you!!

None of my texts were answered. It caused a delay in the repair of my automobile. Hopefully I will have a different service writer the next time I have my automobile repaired
