Paid 600 bucks to get check engine off and 20 miles later it’s on for same reason.
Complete waste of time. I made an appointment to get a tire sensor replaced and software updated. Truck was there all day. Was told tire sensor had to be ordered and software update was not installed. Very inconvenient and just bad business.
In the past year we were totally upset with your service . Calls with no answer or answering machine. Messages with never a call back, recal parts not available with a promise we would receive a notice when available that were never received. Having us bring our Car into the shop but picked it up a day later being informed the parts weren’t in.This service was about the same until my wife asked for the top manager of this department. She was transferred to a lady by the name of Lisa Gibbons . Lisa was apologetic and assured my wife the parts wer in and to bring the car in the next day. We did and the car supposedly had all the recalls repaired. So better rating now.
Apptmt for oil change & recall. I was assured recall parts were available. Left vehicle early morning. I called late afternoon for status. 1 hour later I was told recall parts not available. Those didn't come in next morning either. My dissatisfaction is with the lack of communication. I was assured the recall could be taken care of & it took my follow up to find out the parts weren't available & work could not be completed.
Victor Cruz provided excellent service and made sure I got my truck back on time and as expected.

When you take a vehicle in for transmission service and when you get it back the transmission is leaking fluid. Then you take it back in and have to pay for the gasket to be replace is bull. I’m sorry but the gasket wasn’t leaking the first time so obviously the technician over pressured the transmission and blew the gasket when he did the flush. I will not be back.

I asked to have a seat belt checked, was charged $170 for the diagnosis, and told I needed a new retractor. I brought the vehicle home, checked the seatbelt myself, saw it was twisted, untwisted it and it works fine. What was I charged $170 for? I’m not sure they even looked at it, but I was charged. I’m going to call and ask for a refund. I trusted Victor and his team to be honest, and I’m not sure they were. Not sure I’ll bring my vehicle back for service, I’ve been going there for years and now wonder if I’ve been being ripped off the whole time.
