I was supposed to receive information on places where I could purchase lug nuts for my tires which I was advised has failed.
The lady at the check out desk had to take time to look up the information which I appreciated; however, this added another 10-15 minutes to the wait time for the car.

Car had smeared oil marks from hands and clothing on exterior. Drivers inside door panel was also greasy/oily from service tech. Tech needed to be more sanitary and wash hands or wear clean gloves. When entering inside car
I had my appointment at a certain time. And, I was told to come back later. Did not appreciate that! If have an appointment I would like to be seen at that time. Due to my other work commitments.

Everyone was very nice and they did my service in a short period of time. They also kept me informed of what was going on between a text and coming into the waiting room . I have always trusted the employees to work on my vehicle.
My service tech Julian has always provided me with great service keeping me informed at all times of what service is being provided and costs associated with the service prior to starting work. That personal communication is what makes him stand out above the rest.
