I always have a great experience with this dealership. The service writers are friendly and personable vs arrogant and cocky at other local dealerships. Pat France is a class act. He goes above and beyond to make sure his customers in need are taken care of. Always friendly, will be in next week with my 2014 Explorer for service.

Was told on phone 1 pm appointment time got there it was scheduled for 2pm service was very good nice staff

When I made the appointment I requested the tires be rotated & when they told me my vehicle was ready they didn’t do the rotation but if I wanted to wait for about an hour they would do it then & I of course said no thank you. Was just a little disappointed.
