Autum and the rest of the team did a great job servicing my vehicle efficiently. I had my primary vehicle back within 5 hrs of dropping it off.
Autumn was very attentive to my co carbs & questions. She is a GREAT person & I appreciate her very much for helping me like she did.
Autumn always does her best to get my vehicle in even though they are very busy. She also explains if there is a issue.
Autumn was very flexible working with me when I dropped my car off I often work during your business hours and had to drop my car off early and while I wasn’t there autumn gave me an update when my car was serviced and made sure I received the correct change 10/10

I forgot to ask if my tires were rotated, as requested. This was not indicated on my invoice
They fixed the recall in a timely matter. However I would've come back for any other issue site to the cost of diagnosis. The front staff kind of had an attitude when I came in.
I have always received great service at Moyer Ford
She said she used the new system to send me a text that my truck was ready to be picked up but I never received that text. Maybe the new system needs more work.
I have worked with Autumn since the very 1st time I brought my car in for the works. I really appreciate all her help. She is great.
