Wendy was great. I realized only two weeks before I left on a 3000 mile trip that I really needed routine maintenance done on my F-150. Unfortunately, it was ALOT of routine maintenance. While Wendy couldn’t get me a specific day and time for me to have everything done, she was able to have me drop off my truck and get the work done over a week and a half. I really appreciate her willingness to help me out and will feel much better while traveling. Wendy is one of the reasons that I have Moyer Ford do all of the maintenance on my truck.

From my initial phone call to the service department to checking my vehicle in with Wendy and the entire team was a smooth seamless operation. Kindness professionalism, and they did exactly what they said they were going to do when they were done… They called me. They left the car the way they found it and did a great job.
Everyone at Moyer was pleasant and many people checked in with me while waiting for my truck. That was nice. I peered through the window into the shop and was surprised at the disorganization and lack of cleanliness. I’m not sure I can trust the shop by how it looks. It doesn’t look like the workforce takes pride in what they do. Maybe put cardboard over the window?
Service department 100x better than Sandy Sansing in Daphne. I drive to Foley now to get my truck serviced.
