The main thing we wanted done was our tires rotated. They didn’t rotate them as requested. They gave me some bull crap about needing a front end alignment in order to make sure the tires were rotated properly. That’s a bunch of bull crap trying to sell a frontend alignment. Had to get the tires rotated someplace else.

I was there for 5 hours for an oil change and warranty work. No one ever check on me to give updates. It wasn't until I asked the status that I got a text telling me I could ask for updates. I have an f250 diesel. Did not top off DEF fluid. Just not impressed this time.
