Autumn was great. Service was a little slow but I know how it is right now with parts, labor, and rising costs all around. Only driven the truck home so far but seems that work completed solved my issues with extremely loose steering. Thank you.
Autumn is a great customer service rep. Very understanding and helpful. My truck broke down while on vacation the day before we were scheduled to leave and Autumn and the team did a great job repairing my vehicle quickly so we could start our drive home. Very much appreciated.

I am disappointed when I hear you don’t have a technician who can fix a certain problem but you are on the process of training some one.
My only thoughts are that being a Detroit native and having a father who was a life long Ford employee, I was spoiled by having my Ford, Mercury, and Lincoln products serviced within a day of having a problem.

When you could go to a good year store and get 30 minute service.
