The service department told me I needed new brakes front and back as well as charging more than my service contract for an oil change. I had my brakes checked today and while I do need one set, the other set is fine. I feel like it is constantly an upsell situation there. However, all employees are very friendly.
Everyone was nice and very professional when I spoke to someone there… the lady I spoke to when I first called about getting my vehicle was super nice and I felt like she actually cared, I so appreciate everyone there .. no complaints here..

I was very satisfied with the service provided by the Oil change technician’s and keeping my vehicle in good condition.
I was not Satisfied with Autumn. When I mentioned to Autumn, to please take care of my F-150, and insure that there would no nicks or scratches, she immediately became irritated and said: “ since you said that, I need to take pictures of your complete vehicle “ and she wasn’t kind about it and wasn’t interested in assuring me that Moyer performs all work to the customer satisfaction. When she finished, she told me to sit down in the customer area, and would come and get me in an hour or so. After I waited an hour or so , I received a text message my vehicle was done, which bothered me, because she wouldn’t even walk across into the other building personally to tell me the vehicle was done( so unprofessional! When I walked over to the service area, and walked up to Autumn’s desk, she pointed over to the cashier and said “You Pay over there”. She didn’t even give me a chance to ask questions or to reassure me all went well. BTW, when I went around my vehicle to make it was in the same condition before going in, there was grease all over my front drivers side quarter panel, which I wiped off with a cloth that I had in my truck, Autumn watched me do it from her desk inside, she never once ask me if everything was alright. Based on my experience with Autumn at Moyer Ford, I’m certain I will not bring my truck back. This was my first time getting service at Moyer and will be the Last.
One last thing, when I was waiting in the service area for my truck, there was one lady, who was so kind and professional, who thanked me for utilizing Moyer ford, she even was kind enough to get me a Bottle of water, (Black Gal, Wearing a Red dress). Autumn should take some pointers from that Kind Lady.
