I was given an estimate of 1850 for tires, regular service and tire sensors. When I went to pick up my car after getting a call at 10:13, I had to wait like 20 minutes for you guys to figure out my paperwork because apparently the cost has gone up significantly. You guys decided to put on my paperwork that you informed me via phone at 10:41 ama and I approved the adjustment to the estimate. This call never happened and actually no one told me the price had gone up. One of the cashiers gave me my paperwork and just told me the total. That's A) illegal. And B) if you lied about that on my paperwork, what else did you lie about? Clearly there are new tires on my car, and the one pressure sensor that was out was actually changed. But I have no idea if you bothered to change the oil or do the other three. The only evidence I have that the work was done was a work order I know contains a falsehood. I don't understand why none of the 4 people in the back talking about my paperwork cane out to talk to me at any point. It all feels very dishonest.

I’ve had a great experience working with Jeffrey Hunt as our service advisor for our company trucks. Most recently he handled an oil change for us and made the whole process easy and efficient. Communication was clear, timelines were accurate, and the service was handled exactly as promised. No runaround, no unnecessary add-ons, just honest and professional service. That reliability goes a long way for a business like ours that depends on our vehicles.
