Very helpful and understanding, no BS or upselling that you would expect out of a dealership. Super transparent and friendly, fair price and assessment given circumstances. Tried to do the appointment at "quality" chevy in Escondido and they were complete assholes. Ty and the service team were so easy and nice, night and day difference.
Ted Stark was great and I really appreciated his efforts in making me happy. I am extremely disappointed in my vehicle’s performance and the lack of accountability the dealership and Gm motors is taking to fix the issues. I have had this vehicle for two years and it seems to be nothing but a headache. Constant and loud brake squeaking is not to be considered normal. Shame on GM and Paradise
