Chris needs to learn better delivery of his customer service skills. Instead of asking customers “Do you know what a tuneup entails?” He could have just expressed what the tune up consisted of (although I answered correctly), his customer service skills/delivery came off cocky and unwelcoming. Doug was amazing and stepped in and handled my service and overall went well no thanks to Chris. Overall I was satisfied and happy with the outcome thanks to Doug.
