They didn’t tell me what the service was going to be, no information was told to me when vehicle was dropped off. When they called they said they were replacing the key but did not inform about the process and what would be done with the key. When picking the vehicle up I was surprised to see that the key on my key fob was removed and now a separate key that I was not informed would be done, if I was I would have said no to the service and when I asked to revert to my original I was told no and to try and go around this I asked if they could put the separate key back on to the fob and make it one piece again and was again told no. I am unhappy and wish that someone would reach out to help me reconnect my key to the fob.
Andon completely took care of business, and I am completely satisfied with the services rendered by him my tire problem was resolved immediately. A big thank you to Andon.
