I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation on August 11. Since then my car has been making this rattling noise when I accelerate. I’ve brought it back twice and the problem is still not fixed.

You have great customer service. People are friendly , professional and helpful.No complaints there. It took almost 2 hours for an oil and filter change. The woman who checked me in did tell me it would be about that long so it was my choice to wait. I understand if you have a staff shortage or are just very busy. I have had other services done and had long wait times. You do not need to contact me. Just sharing my experience. Thank you.

I left my car yesterday before noon, to get a tire replaced or fixed it. And I’m still waiting for someone to call me. I don’t know if my car is ready yet. I’m disappointed.
