Krista was wonderful! I only came in for an oil change and she noticed some safety issues with my car. She was extremely professional and explained each issue I was having and why it was a safety concern. I actually felt like I understood what she was saying because she was so detailed. Krista was very kind and passionate about her job. I truly appreciate her and will always come back because of her professionalism.
Outstanding service! I had no appointment for an oil change only. I was there less than hour, staff was courteous, friendly and very professional. The waiting area was spacious and comfortable. For checkout, I was able to do it online in seconds. A truly wonderful experience!

Even though I have an infinity you were able to service my car. The service was very polite and efficient.
Came in for oil change /tire rotation and had break line flushed , all Great but somehow my area to wiper assembly: engine hood flash was all disconnected and pins hold attachment in place all but 2 broken . Brake fluid cap left behind in engine compartment. I called Service once I noticed, they were Very helpful, I returned . Mechanic and Manager took look and explained with order clips for my next Service. I never did a walk around on any Nissan I have purchased, except when Buying , from now on I will pop hood check all post service appointments. Thanks Pat Crowley

Everyone was extremely nice but I wasn’t completely satisfied with my experience for two reasons: 1) despite being told I would receive a call when the parts for my car came in, after waiting 4 months I had to call, myself, to learn that the parts had arrived and 2) I have to come back “in about 5 days” because they needed to order additional parts to completely fix the squeaky window I came in for. The vehicle was purchased from MB in April 2021 and this was the third time I have had to bring the vehicle in to address the squeaky window and it is still not fully fixed. All in all the friendly and kind attitude of all employees I came in contact with make the above seem less of a problem than it would have been otherwise.
