Requested an oil change to be completed with other repairs and went to pick up vehicle, oil change was not done. Had to make another 45 minute ride the next day to pick up vehicle.

$1700 for a starter for a 2017 Nissan Rogue is significantly more than I was quoted from other shops in the area as well as your original quote. I was called and notified of a higher price but by that time I was committed to your shop. It was my first time using your shop for service, I literally cannot afford to return to you in the future.

I still have the same noise. They said they didn't find anything the reason why I think is they can't fix it so they're saying there's nothing wrong with that but it's a very obvious noise. I bought this car with the noise and I still have the noise. I am not a very happy customer at all.
