I made an appt for a oil change with a price of 53.95 and was told when I got there it was 83.95 and pretty much was stuck with paying that price and they wouldn't honor what was on the site as the price because it was a different oil. Needless to say they lost me as a costumer

Had the oil changed and the mechanic did not clean the oil from the plastic cover under the bottom of the of engine. Oil leak ruined my brand new concrete! I now have a black spot on a completely white surface. Not happy with the attention to detail by the mechanic. I have a photo if you need it. This has never happened before and I use your service dept. every 5000 miles.

Waited on site nearly five hours and the problem with my vehicle was still not identified; have to see if it recurs. Most angry with your policy to charge a fee for credit card payment and refusal to accept checks. This is the type of service where you often have no idea of the end cost and wouldn’t want to be carrying around that kind of cash anyway!
