FROM START TO FINISH EVERYONE WAS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THE SHUTTLE WAS A HUGE HELP FROM NOT HAVING TO FIND A RIDE. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS AT THIS TIME. IF I HAD 1 COMPLAINT IT WOULD BE THE 3% CHARGED FOR USING CREDIT CARD. ALTHOUGH TO A POINT I UNDERSTAND THE REASON.THIS WILL NOT STOP ME FROM COMING BACK DUE TO EXCELLENT SERVICE AND BROOKE

I asked how much it would cost to fix the car and was told around $900.00. When I asked for a proposal I was told that one could not be provided unless I agree to get the service completed. After completion I would be given an invoice. I ended up with a bill for $1,965.63! I was lied to as to how much my service would cost. Your service department is is deceiving and did a bait and switch with my service by lying to me outright. I will be contacting an attorney. Your service department also made me feel extremely uncomfortable and kept insisting if I didn’t get the service done that I would be in danger of getting in to an accident. I felt coerced into getting the service and was lied to about the price and am very angry. I will be ousting about your awful service department on social media and will never buy another Nissan again!

I brought my car initially for the air-conditioning in which u guys replaced the compressor. I had to bring it back because after a day it started blowing hot air. Got it back the air works fine but when I turn on the air it makes a load noise like something is loose. The service dept told me it was my wheel hubs. I never knew wheel was connected to my air-conditioning unit. My car never made tht noise before. So at this point I'll take it to someone who is better qualified to service my vehicle.

Kristamarie Calabrese was, as always, super helpful and informative when accepting my 2023 Nissan Rogue in for its first service visit. She returned my vehicle in good time and, as an added bonus, taught me how to remotely start my vehicle by using my key and how to lay down my rear seats if needed. She is charming and knowledgeable, and I plan to have her accept my vehicle for any and all needed service visits for the life of the car, which I hope is very long! Thank you and thank Kristamarie for me, please.

She was very friendly and courteous service every time I came up there for changing oil and tire rotation. She is really caring about us and she makes us determine to become regular customers of the service department of Nissan. She deserves the rewards!!! We really enjoy with her always.

It's been 6 months since I took the car out, the car since I took it out is giving me problems, take the car and I have to pay to put some brakes on it so that I don't damage the car, it's useless, I need to see what you are going to do with me. waiting for my husband to come to go to the Dealer with my husband to see what you are going to do with this vehicle, a vehicle for 6 months and he is already giving me the money to spend when I have not even finished paying it cost me an Uber $70 to go and come to pick up my vehicle and the service was terrible the guy who took care of me Very nice but they have an employee there in the service area a blonde who treated me very ugly spoke to me as if I were her employee and I don't like it I don't like I feel happy I'm sorry but I can't say anything perfect about this I need you to do something with this vehicle because I don't want the vehicle I didn't buy a car to start spending money in 6 months that's not going to happen
