I was very happy when I got the call Tuesday afternoon that my truck was done and running well. When we came to pick it up we noticed the truck was filthy with greasy spots and a trim piece was broken on the tailgate. Manager says they will make it right but still have not been contacted about getting it fixed. On Wednesday I went to fill up, and discovered the filler hoses had not been connected after the fuel tank was put back in place. I will give Dave lots of credit, he had a tow truck to pick me and the truck up very quickly and get it fixed. The lack of attention to detail is a bit concerning with such a costly repair.
Travis always does a nice job. The detail (pro package?) Was the worst one I have had so far. The interior of the car was not very clean compared to last time and many services appear to have been missed. Likewise there were some type of overspray over the exterior of the vehicle. Almost like armor-all had been advertently sprayed over the front of the truck.
