It was a simple item and after waiting 2 hours past my appointment time they took the truck in only to tell me they had to order a tire sensor. TWO HOURS PAST MY APPOINTMEN! Now I get to do it all over again.

I had been there 3 times for the same problem and i still had the same problem. I discussed it with the service manager and they had me bring it back and this time I was able to show the technician what was going on. They then got with Ford to obtain the part needed to repair the problem. It works like new now and Travis has called me twice to follow up and make sure it is satisfactory! Good job!

the service manager Travis was very good, friendly and helpful! The technician, Josh, was careless and acted as if he did not want to be there. I dropped my truck off for a noise coming from under it, he could not find or recreate the noise and I was asked to come in and go on a test drive. Josh looked at me and said “you’re driving not me” i figured it was because it was my truck, he treated it as if it was a break, sitting on his phone texting the whole time. i pointed out the noise multiple times and he sat on his phone the entire time and acted like he didn’t hear the noise. when he finally “heard” it he said “that’s all? that’s the noise you brought it in for?” and insisted on keeping my truck over night so he could try and recreate the noise come morning, he had already had the truck for 6 hours and it wasn’t until 2pm when i came in to show him the noise. Upon returning to the dealership, Travis asked, “we’re you able to figure it out” and Josh said something along the lines of “yeah we heard it a couple of times but can’t tell where it’s coming from” I requested to have a different tech work on it and i was informed the others were out due to covid, no big deal. I got my keys to take my truck elsewhere to have it repaired. Before leaving i asked Travis if he would come listen to the noise so he can ensure that there is in fact a very loud and clear noise coming from the truck. Travis confirmed there was a very obvious noise and apologized multiples times for how the situation was handled. Travis handled the situation very professionally and was very helpful, it is sad that he has such careless people working under him. Maybe Josh was having a bad day, but the little effort he showed about figuring out what was wrong with my truck told me all i needed to know about him.
