I have brought my car in 3 times for the same reason. Your staff doesn't care how many times I have to drive in for that same repairs.
Is it and finish the job the way you told me what the I’ve been scheduled several times to get something fixed and either the part was wrong or him he didn’t have the part in or you scheduled it and then for some reason it never got done so now I’m not happy
