Did not understand why I have to pre-pay four parts considering the truck is already in your possession I’ve been to a lot of dealerships and have never had to pre-pay for parTS when the vehicle is in your possession we worked on
I was impressed that a representative from the garage came out to talk with me one to one about the concerns I had with a noise from the front rt.corner. I was concerned it was more than a noisy brake and asked him to check all suspension and 4 wheel components.Very happy to be heard when asking for something to be done and it was done while I waited. So rare in today's world. Thank you

I purchased my vehicle brand new from Autoworld and have only had my car serviced at Autoworld. Every experience has been positive until this past weekend in the service department. I left with a pretty sour taste in my mouth.
I thought I was purchasing Ford wiper blades but instead received very cheap blades. The service department missed adding washer fluid, it was empty but once my wife drove back to the lot they made this right and added fluid. Not the service we were use to receiving.
Travis provided great service. He kept me advised of the diagnosis and status of the repair and estimated completion.
Travis always takes care of me when I need service. I like having someone who knows me and my truck and who calls me if there is an issue. Travis makes the whole experience easy. You should get your sales staff to discuss the benefits of having someone like Travis to help them after they buy a new Ford. I deal with him a lot more than the sales staff and he is a huge part of why I continue to have AutoWorld do all of my service.

I felt like the mechanic didn’t check over the vehicle enough prior to calling and letting me know the vehicle was done. It would not start. I appreciate the effort that he made to try to get the vehicle back to me in time. As there seemed to be some staffing issues in addition to more work than average.
