My service man was great. Very nice. But you have nothing for handicapped people that can not wall well or can't stand. You need to have help not standing in long lines to pay, walking way to far to pay. Think about your mom, who can drive, but standing a,d walking far is to much. I bought my car from you. I like your dealership.but you need to think a little better for handicapped people. Maybe runners to pay, so they don't have to walk so far or,stand in long line to pay. Bring car up right out side so you don't have to walk down the drive way to get in on a slant. Suggestion, I'm looking to buy a new car soon. But you guys will have to step up your handicapped help. Thank you Lea S

Noticed that appointment line went rather smoothly , however my waiting time was longer than most others waiting. Could it be because my appointment was just for a lifetime FREE oil change??!!

The check out takes 45 minutes, needs to be more communication with the customer and service writer and the cashier. That's the biggest complaint. Getting me in was fast and smooth, getting out was a pain in my ****. Not happy needs to flow way better than that.

The lanyard that was on the key to the car was not returned with the key. The repairs were to the car were very satisfactory. Wow I’d have liked to have the lanyard back.

Your service department, customer service, and operator hung up Or transferred me to another department, which in turn hung up on me. All I wanted to find out info about my car and was not accommodated because no ONE wanted to help me.

Satisfied with the service, I understand the wait time is inevitable but my car has its mat checked and they removed my rubber one and looks like they dumped the dirt from the rubber one on the toyota mat, I know it wasn’t that dirty because I kept it clean which is why I got the rubber ones in the first place. Other than that happy with m visit.

I saw my car parked in the lot out back, but I wasn't contacted until about 40 minutes later to let me know my service was complete. The complimentary car washes were a nice touch but it seems that Claremont Toyota has moved away from the car washes.
